Barcelona: Part 1 – Seeing the Sights on Foot

We spent 3 full days in Barcelona. It was the first time either of us had been to this amazing city and it will probably not be our last. We spent most of our time wandering the streets, checking out the architecture, enjoying refreshing cerveses and large, dripping cones of gelato and, of course, partaking in a few siestas in the afternoon.

  1. Hey Bry–Barcelona seems to be on everyone’s list of “must see”. Pictures look wonderful. Aunty Jo and moi will be in Spain/Portugal in 3 weeks and then rendezvousing with your mom and dad in late October to cruise the Danube. Should be fun even though your dad and I will be ordered around by the women in our lives.

    • Hey Uncle Dan! You will love Spain. I’ve not been to Portugal, but I hear it’s lovely too. Sounds like you have an amazing trip planned and I can’t wait to see the pictures and hear the stories. The women in your lives are always right so you’ll be in good hands 🙂 xx

  2. I just went there this year in June. We only had 2 nights which made for one full day of site seeing. It was amazing! The sangria was to die for 🙂 Love the photos. I have yet to post mine.

    • Hey Pauline! I don’t doubt you’ll visit it one day, probably soon! It really is a fascinating and beautiful city. I have some more photos which I’ll continue to post throughout the week 🙂

Thank you for your feedback! xx BHF
